Refund Policy:
You may request a refund within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel. To initiate the refund process:
1. Return the item to our warehouse in its original condition.
2. Ensure the product tag is still intact, and the parcel slip with our flyer is available.
3. The item must be unworn and unwashed.
4. Send a picture of the parcel slip to our WhatsApp helpline within the 5-day window.
As with refunds, 150/- delivery charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be credited to your account after item inspection. Refunds are valid for change of mind, including dissatisfaction with the product’s quality or fit.
Exchange Policy:
You may apply for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel. To initiate an exchange:
1. Return the item to our warehouse in its original condition, with the tag intact, and accompanied by the parcel slip and our flyer.
2. Send a picture of the parcel slip to our WhatsApp helpline within the 7-day period.item
As with exchange, 100/- extra charges should be paid and exchange item will be dispatched after receiving and inspecting first item. Exchanges are valid for change of mind, including dissatisfaction with quality or fit.
Please note: Exchange requests for the same product more than once (i.e., back-to-back consecutive exchanges) due to change of mind are not permitted.
Exchange Policy for Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please report it to our WhatsApp helpline within 3 days of receiving the parcel. We will:
- Arrange the collection of the faulty product from your address.
- Deliver the correct item to you within 5-7 business days after receiving the original parcel in our warehouse.
Ensure the product is in its original condition, with the tag intact, and has not been worn or washed.
Additional Information:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are ineligible for refund or exchange.
- WOVEN reserves the right to limit or refuse refund and exchange requests at its discretion in the case of repeated returns or exchanges.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage of the parcel during return shipping, so please ensure secure packaging.
